Due to the warmer weather, hay fever sufferers are likely to experience a lot of trouble this week. However, don't give up right away, as you can arm yourself to keep your symptoms as contained as possible. Therefore, here are five key tips for you to make this period more bearable anyway.
TIP 1: Keep pollen grains out by keeping windows and doors closed.
TIP 2: Keep in-car ventilation systems closed, as around busy highways there are lots of pollen grains floating in the air.
TIP 3: Wear sunglasses to prevent pollen grains from entering through your eyes.
TIP 4: Smear some Vaseline around your nostrils to prevent pollen grains from entering your nose.
TIP 5: Ventilate your house after a rain as the number of pollen grains in the air is significantly lower then.
