Elon Musk accused of plagiarism: "he lacks creativity"

Last week, Elon Musk unveiled Optimus, the latest version of Tesla's robot.

The robot was officially unveiled at Tesla AI Day in August 2021. Optimus is designed to be a humanoid robot that performs physical and repetitive tasks, particularly in industrial environments, although there has also been talk of its use in homes and other spaces. Optimus is about 1.73 meters tall and weighs about 57kg.

However, there is a real problem with this already operational prototype; many agree that Elon Musk's robots look a lot like those in the science fiction film "I, Robot".

The director of the film wanted to speak out on the matter. He asked him directly on social media networks: "Hello Elon, can I have my drawings and designs back, please?"

Matt Granger, Proyas' assistant director, was much more virulent and also spoke out: "I too want to say 'f... you' to Elon with all my fingers and his total lack of creativity."
