"He lifts my skirt, puts his hand on my chest, it lasts forever"
Gérard Depardieu appears in court this Monday, October 28, 2024 for accusations of sexual assault that occurred in 2021.
He's being tried for acts that allegedly occurred in September 2021 on the set of Jean Becker's film "Les volets verts".
It was the complaints of a set designer on this film that led to the trial in question. He allegedly touched her breasts, waist and buttocks, after grabbing her in a corridor.
Gérard Depardieu also allegedly told her: "I'm going to stick my big parasol in your p...". The actor allegedly continued to call the woman a "s..." throughout filming.
In a report broadcast by BFMTV, unpublished testimonies add to the list of testimonies against Gérard Depardieu.
Anouk Grinberg, an actress who participated in the filming of the movie "Les Volets verts", states: "I witnessed verbal attacks. All day long, on the set, it was an obese man who talked about mussels, b..., su..."
In another testimony, an anonymous woman says: "He lifted my skirt, put his hand on my chest. And then, it lasted an eternity. He was on top of me with his enormous hands".
Through his lawyer, Gérard Depardieu confirmed that the actor would be present at the hearing and that he intended to demonstrate his innocence.
