Zelensky's great promise to his stricken people
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky promises better care for his country's war invalids.
Zelensky reports that he has ordered the construction of a modern rehabilitation hospital.
"We must care more about the wounded, be more attentive to those returning from Russian hell," the government leader said Saturday at a congress on war medicine held for the first time in Ukraine.
In addition, Zelensky also stressed the need for stabilization centers for military casualties near the front lines.
