"The war with Ukraine will last more than 10 years"
Dmitry Medvedev, the former Russian president, has revealed the country's main goal for the next decade.
The number 5 of the Russian regime is accustomed to thunderous statements. It is often said that he says out loud what Putin thinks.
His most controversial statement was his opinion on Jens Stoltenberg's idea of a NATO-Ukraine coalition. The secretary general predicted that Ukraine could join a military alliance in the next ten years. Medvedev does not agree at all. "This will never happen," he said.
The former Russian prime minister believes that this intention will not come true in 2034, because "none of the leaders of the current NATO member countries will be in office, and some will not even be alive anymore."
