Special Ukranian operation on Russian soil
On the night of 12 May, three facilities were attacked in the Russian Federation. Ukrainian intelligence services were behind this special operation.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, military targets were hit. Three major facilities were attacked: the Volgograd oil refinery, the Kaluganefteproduct oil depot in Lyudinovo and the Novolipetsk metallurgical plant. The Novolipetsk plant had already been attacked at least twice by Ukrainian drones. The plant produces raw materials for Russian companies developing nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.
On Saturday evening, Ukrainian intelligence drones attacked the Volgograd oil refinery, owned by Lukoil. The attack damaged the primary oil refining units AVT-1 and AVT-6, as well as the oil production unit at the Volgograd refinery.
These three operations were prepared and organised by Ukrainian intelligence services.
