Putin’s troops brutally wiped out after disastrous offensive
Ukrainian forces wiped out an entire group of Russian soldiers as they attempted to cross a river in the Kursk region.
While the Russian leader was gathering 50,000 troops to launch a large-scale offensive in the area — part of which remains under Ukrainian control — his forces have already suffered an initial setback.
Despite reinforcements from North Korean troops in Kursk, the Russian army has been unable to repel the Ukrainian forces, who made a breakthrough last summer.
Earlier this week, a group of Russian soldiers was completely annihilated while trying to cross the Psel River. Ukrainian artillery quickly eliminated all the men attempting to reach the opposite bank.
As soon as they arrived on the shore, the Russians were bombarded by Ukrainian artillery and drones, leaving them no chance of survival.
"FPV crews from the Rugby Team and artillery from the 129th Brigade effectively neutralised the enemy," Ukraine's military wrote in a post on Telegram.
