Woman donates 2,600 liters (!) of breast milk
Alyse Ogletree (36) has entered the Guinness Book of Records in a remarkable way.
Indeed, this American mom of three produced so much breast milk that she promptly donated 2,600 liters, feeding an estimated 350,000 premature babies.
The woman from Flower Mound, Texas, pumped a total of 2,600 liters after her pregnancies and donated the excess breast milk to the breast milk bank, Mothers' milk bank of North Texas.
“People sometimes laugh about it. But they don't realize how many babies I helped with it. I have a big heart. Always have. This was my way of showing that. Because giving money to charity, I can't. I have a family to support,” she tells The Guardian.
