It's not easy to become friends, even on Friends
Lisa Kudrow, who plays Phoebe Buffay in the series Friends, recently revealed in an interview the difficulties she had in making friendship with other cast members feel natural.

For Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Courtney Cox and Jennifer Aniston, it was a difficult chemistry to work on, and the actors had to give everything to being friends off-camera so that this naturalness and reality could be transferred to the series.
How did they achieve this? By showing sincerity at all times.
Lisa Kudrow confirmed that talking about misunderstandings was one of the keys to this alchemy: 'If someone said something or did something, it didn't get worse because it was something we talked about directly."
30 years after its launch, “Friends'” atmosphere is still very much alive and palpable. There's a friendship and naturalness that didn't exist at the beginning, but was achieved by the end.
