The harsh reality behind Kremlin's plans

The official version was published by Moscow and validated by Putin in March 2023. It's the foreign policy program of the Russian Federation that includes all the state's foreign policy objectives for the future.

And, in parallel with the public version released by the Kremlin, a document has just been leaked, revealing "the harsh reality of Moscow's objectives", reports The Daily Digest. It is a classified addendum, delivered by a European intelligence agency to the American daily The Washington Post. It aims to weaken the West and the United States, all of Ukraine's allies, and "develop a new world order free from American hegemony", by using the ongoing conflict.

Inside the secret document

The plan would be to create and deploy an "offensive information campaign", integrating various measures against "a coalition of hostile countries". The main thing is to “create a mechanism to identify the vulnerabilities of their external and internal policies,” the document reveals, in much stronger terms than in the official version. The goal: to weaken and break Russia’s adversaries.
