“6 days without water": Scariest game of hide-and-seek in history
They're happily playing in an area of the seaport of Chittagong (Bangladesh), when the improbable happens...
What's a skeleton in a cupboard?... The winner of a long, long game of hide-and-seek! You've heard this somewhat sordid riddle before? In our story, the player was the big winner of the game, but fortunately, he came out alive!
It all began when a group of teenagers decided to embark on a mad race to find the best hiding place, right in the middle of the port of Chittagong (Bangladesh), where you will find countless containers, one next to the other. Fahim, a 15-year-old Bangladeshi, found the winning hiding place: inside one of these large metal containers. He manages to get inside one of the containers, closes the “door” behind him and... falls asleep. When he wakes up, the container he's been hiding in is headed straight for Malaysia, over 2,000km away from his hometown!
In all, it took him 6 days of agony, without food or water, before he was able to enjoy the light of day once again. A staff member heard him banging on the walls of the chamber. Once he had recovered from theexcruciatingly distressing misadventure, the teenager returned home, aboard the same cargo ship!
