Incredible bad luck for man who wakes up from coma after 244 days
Drew Kohn had a motorbike accident when he was 22, in which he suffered severe brain trauma. He ended up in a coma and at one point was even declared brain dead. But after eight months, he suddenly woke up from his coma. Years of tough rehabilitation followed, but eventually Kohn learned to walk again. But now fate struck again.
Last week, the now 30-year-old Drew was hit by a truck while walking on the footpath in the morning. He did not survive this accident and died on the spot.
The bereaved family have started a Gofundme as they are completely financially strapped due to all the medical expenses of the past few years.
