Father finds daughter (14) with rapist (67) and shoots him death
36-year-old American Aaron Spencer contacted Lonoke County police last Tuesday and reported that his 14-year-old daughter was not in her bedroom and nowhere to be found. The terrified father then immediately got into his truck and began searching the area for his missing daughter.
Eventually, he stumbled upon the car in which 67-year-old Michael Fosler was sitting. Inside the vehicle was also his daughter. The father knew Fosler very well since the man had kidnapped and raped his daughter already once a few months earlier. The man was reportedly still out on bail. He had allegedly been manipulating, kidnapping and raping the 14-year-old girl for months.
Face to face with his daughter's kidnapper and rapist, he decided to hit the car first to avoid running off again. The rapist then fled on foot, and the father shot him in order to get his daughter to safety. The rapist did not survive. Father Aaron may now be prosecuted for murder, though, and risks life behind bars. However, there is still hope for the brave father; according to U.S. media, there is a chance he could be tried for manslaughter which could allow the Arkansas man to be released after only five years. The girl's father has now been released on bond and the family is raising money for a good lawyer.
