Caregiver beats MS patient to death and dumps body in suitcase under bridge
Police have arrested a 34-year-old man for the gruesome murder of a 56-year-old paralysed man.
The culprit was working as a carer for the MS patient. However, he murdered the man, kept the body at his home for some time, then dismembered the body and then dumped it in a suitcase under the Austerlitz Bridge in central Paris. Bags containing the victim's other body remains were later found near the site.
An autopsy revealed that the victim had been murdered by bare hand. The 34-year-old perpetrator had turned himself in to the police on Sunday. He admitted the gruesome facts. Besides, he was no stranger to justice and was already wanted for other offences.
The victim reportedly behaved disrespectfully towards the suspect's wife, causing his fuses to blow and he beat the man to death with his bare hand.
