Trump blames Biden and Harris for assassination attempt on him
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump surprised friend and foe with a remarkable statement on Dr. Phil.
Trump said in an interview with Dr. Phil that being president is “probably the most dangerous profession.” According to Trump, the assassination attempt on him was “to some extent” the fault of President Joe Biden and Vice President and presidential candidate Kamala Harris because they used the government as a weapon against him.
“They brought in the entire Department of Justice to try to get at me,” Trump said in the interview recorded Friday. “They weren't that interested in my health and safety. They always made it - from what I understood, and I could feel it - they made it very difficult to have good Secret Service personnel.” The fact that Democrats keep calling Trump a threat to democracy could also “incite killers or potential killers”, claims Trump.
