Man (34) shot dead at after-party in Spain
A shooting incident took place in the luxurious El Paraiso district of Estepona, near Marbella on the Costa del Sol, on Monday morning. A Belgian man of 34 died, Spanish media reported.
Emergency services were called at around 8.55am after reports of gunshots. In a luxury villa at 168 Calle Hortensia, where apparently an after-party had taken place, a 34-year-old Belgian man was found dead with a gunshot wound to the back. Two other attendees were attended to at the scene but did not need to go to hospital.
Police have opened a murder investigation, but no arrests have yet been made. The villa was previously known to police for illegal parties.
