"Ukraine must win the war, but Russia must not lose it neither"
At a time when Russia is flaunting its nuclear prowess, the United States is hesitant to get involved in the conflict and doubts to clearly authorize Ukraine to bomb Russian territory with NATO weapons.
Xavier Giacomoni, international columnist at LCI, discusses this thorny dilemma.

Why must Putin not lose the war in the eyes of the Americans?
"Because they don't want the Russian Federation to be completely dismantled, as they have already experienced in Iraq and Afghanistan, with much greater consequences because some republics could declare their independence and end up with nuclear material, for example."
