The new application for image manipulation
Last week, Elon Musk dropped a bombshell on the web: Grok, an image-generating artificial intelligence from the X network, is now available free of charge to the 600 million users of former Twitter.
But the big innovation is that Grok can create ultra-realistic photos of celebrities. Where its competitors, such as ChatGPT, refuse to obey blindly and outlaw deepfakes featuring public figures, Grok is said to have no ethical limits.
For the French newspaper Le Figaro: “It's the Eldorado of disinformation.”
Even the stars are getting in on the act: last weekend, Madonna made a blasphemous exit by sharing some tender selfies with the Pope.
