A deluge of rain dramatically flooded several cities in Spain on Tuesday, October 29. Rescue services have already recovered 51 bodies. And this is only a provisional report. The torrential rains on Tuesday night caused flooding and flash floods in several cities in eastern Spain. The emergency services are focusing on searching for the missing people. There are said to be 7 of them: a truck driver in L'Alcudia in the Valencia region and six people in Letur, in the neighboring province of Albacete (Castile-La Mancha region). A unit of the Spanish army, specialized in rescue, has been mobilized. The authorities spoke of "an unprecedented situation".
