The promise that William can't keep and drives him crazy!
Mad with anger, to say the least. Indeed, since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the kingdom, the princess, Kate Middleton, has been regularly targeted.
At the end of 2023, it was the release of the book Endgame by Omid Scobie (English journalist and writer) that lit the fire. In his book, the author describes Kate as a “lazy” woman who has “no leadership”, whose “extroverted nature” is completely non-existent. Furthermore, in the Dutch version of the book, it is alleged that Kate Middleton made racist remarks against Meghan Markle, while the latter was pregnant with her first child.
These 'attacks' that did not leave the Prince of Wales, William, indifferent, and unable to keep a promise he had once made to Kate's parents, that of protecting her at all costs. He now feels helpless and guilty in the face of “vicious attacks” from Omid Scobie and other members of the royal family. In the end, Kate Middleton did nothing but “fall in love with a man who was meant to be king”.
