The Russians and their fatal blow
On November 30, Russia launched a missile near Dnipro, in east-central Ukraine.
Volodymyr Zelensky announced that “a rescue operation is underway in the Dnipro district after a missile strike (...) At the moment, we know of four people killed by this Russian strike”. 21 people were also injured in the attack. Sergiy Lysak, the regional governor, indicated that among the injured, 8 are currently in “serious condition. They're suffering from penetrating wounds, damage to internal organs and fractures”.
According to the Ukrainian president, the strike “damaged a residential building and a store”.
On November 21, the city of Dnipro had already been targeted by the Russian experimental hypersonic missile “Oreshnik”.
