Doctor exploits more male patients than any predator in history
The case has shook the United States. Last April, urologist Darius Paduch was found guilty of “sadism” on no fewer than 310 patients. Today, 143 additional victims are suing him.
Anthony T. DiPietro, the lawyer for one of the plaintiffs, emphasizes that “Darius Paduch exploited more male patients than any predator in history,” reports the NY Post, relayed by Midi Libre. From 2007 to 2019, the former urologist committed numerous sexual assaults on his patients, including minors. The doctor who had a practice in New York had no limits. Last Tuesday, the trial revealed sordid details; he forced some patients to have erections for long periods of time by injecting a serum into their penis, he enlarged their penis until it became deformed, he inserted tubes into the urethra without anesthesia… Darius Paduch also ordered some victims to get on all fours for supposedly humiliating examinations, specifies Midi Libre.
Until the day of his arrest in 2023, Darius Paduch continued his wrong doings. His employers had also been aware of his abuse since 2017. He was found guilty of 13 counts of sexual abuse, and faces a 60-year prison sentence.
