Zelensky loses 6 ministers: 'Ukraine needs new energy'
Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky briefly offered some explanations in parliament on Wednesday aboit the wave of resignation within his cabinet.
“Ukraine needs new energy to strengthen the state in several areas,” he said. According to Zelensky, the personnel changes have only to do with the war strategy.
On Wednesday morning, Ukraine's parliament speaker announced that Dmytro Koeleba, who had been foreign minister since 2020, was also stepping down. On Tuesday, five other ministers had preceded him. Who will replace the departing ministers is not yet known.
