"Western decision-makers need to be shaken up to target Russia"
On set of LCI, the French news channel, international consultant, Alla Poedie, criticized the timid reaction with regards to the arrival of North Korean soldiers in Russia to confront Ukraine. For the Franco-Ukrainian Alla Poedie, it's disspointing:
"I find that this reaction is pitiful, it's not even about the reaction, everyone tells says to be careful, that they're already there, and then you have John Kirby (the American defense spokesman) who says if it becomes clearer, they will examine the situation."
Poedie goes further:
"I don't know how we must shake Western decision-makers to make a decision so that they remove, at least, the last stupid bans that still weigh on the Ukrainian army. Because the Ukrainians are ready, everything is ready, they have the targets. Zelensky has traveled for meetings numerous times, he has seen all the leaders, he has presented the plans, the maps, all the targets."
And she castigates the slowness of the Western military aid:
"The West should have reacted quickly, even in 2022, the war would have already been over, because if we could have had the weapons that we have today, if these decisions had already been taken, of course, they would never have had this surge of violence, death, destruction."
