Top Secret: China is helping Russia
Chinese companies are supplying attack drones to Russia, and evidence exists, according to a Western source.
Since the beginning of the conflict, relations between Russia and China have remained cordial. NATO now believes that the country led by Xi Jinping is providing military support to Moscow, accusations that Beijing has consistently denied.
While Iran was previously accused of supplying drones to Russia, a Western source now reveals that China is offering valuable assistance to Vladimir Putin as Ukraine continues to face daily bombardments by Russian forces.
A NATO spokesperson told Sky News that they were very concerned about the situation, while the Chinese embassy in the UK said they were unaware of any such involvement.
The embassy reportedly said: "China exercises strict export control over drones, and always strictly controls military and dual-use drones in accordance with laws and regulations. China's position and practice have been consistent, in stark contrast to some countries' double standards on arms sales and their behaviours to add fuel to the flames of the Ukrainian crisis."
Last July, a NATO statement indicated that China was enabling the continuation of the war through a "no limits" partnership with Russia.
