Russian flags in Vukhledar: Ukrainian city completely captured?
It appears that Russian troops have captured the strategically located mining town of Vukhledar in the Donbas.
Donetsk regional governor Vadym Filashkin spoke about this to a local broadcaster on Tuesday. “The enemy is now in the center of the city,” he echoed. Photos published on Russian military blogs show Russian flags on several buildings in the city. Kiev has not confirmed Vukhledar's fall for now. It would be the first time that Vukledar was captured by the Russians.
