Overwhelmed, Russians prepare a massive attack
Andri Kovalenko, head of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, warns that the Russian army is ready to launch a “massive attack”.
Even if recent Russian missile strikes and drone raids have not had the desired effect, as Andri Kovalenko points out, “the Russians have stockpiled cruise missiles and are continuing to do so for the winter”, they're ready for a “massive attack”.
It's a fact that Russian forces have stepped up their drone attacks in recent weeks, and have been intensifying them on a daily basis. But for the first time since the beginning of the war, no drone raids have been carried out in combination with missile strikes.
"Russian armed forces launched a combined missile and drone attack against Kiev. The first time in 73 days," said the capital's military administration.
