“Russia will not win”
Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has just wrapped up his American tour. Visiting the United States since Sunday, he successively met and spoke with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
On the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, which will end on Monday, September 30, Franceinfo reports that Zelensky also met with American parliamentarians as well as dignitaries from many countries.
On Thursday, current American President, Joe Biden, said that new military aid of nearly $8 billion would be delivered to Ukraine, as well as a new shipment of long-range munitions. And Biden emphasized: "Russia will not win." However, he did not mention the use of long-range missiles against Russia. In addition, he is calling for a high-level summit to be organized in October with 50 countries allied with Ukraine.
The meeting with Trump was expected to be more delicate. After his meeting with the Ukrainian president, the Republican candidate (once again) affirmed that he would put an end to the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. "This war should never have happened, but we will resolve it," he assured.
