Secret Ukraine deal will enrage Putin
The United States and the United Kingdom may secretly allow Ukraine to strike with Storm Shadow missiles on Russian territory, according to The Times.
The countries cannot publicly announce their decision in order to maintain the element of surprise, the publication reports, citing Western diplomats.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, supported the idea of allowing Ukraine to launch long-range strikes against the Russian Federation and expressed skepticism about Putin's "red lines."
