Furious, Vladimir Putin loses 13 million euros stealth drone after huge blunder
Vladimir Putin has lost a stealth drone of immense value after it was shot down by his own soldiers.
In a video clip, the drone, worth an estimated 13 million euros, can be seen being pursued by a Su-57 fighter jet. Suddenly, the jet fires on the drone flying ahead of it while both were in Ukrainian airspace.
The drone was instantly destroyed by the Su-57, which veered off after the strike. The charred remains of the drone were later found in a residential area not far from a Ukrainian-controlled city.
It turns out that this incident was the result of friendly fire, as reported by Ukrainian journalist Denys Kazansky.
"The Russian military seems to have shot down its own aircraft again. It fell in Ukrainian-controlled territory near Kostiantynivka," he reported.
Several Russian Telegram channels also mentioned the incident.
