Maddie McCann turns 21 today
Today, 12 May, the parents of Madeleine McCann sent out a message to the world to celebrate her 21st birthday. The British toddler disappeared 17 years ago.
Madeleine McCann, then just under four years old, disappeared in May 2007 while on holiday with her parents in Portugal. While her parents were eating in a restaurant with friends at a holiday resort in Praia da Luz, she disappeared from her room. She has been without a trace ever since, despite numerous investigations and search attempts.
"Still missing, still missed, still looking," was the message the parents posted on the Facebook page of the campaign of the search for the missing toddler.
