Keep drinking plenty of water, even when it's cold outside!
We have known for a long time that drinking a sufficient amount of water has many benefits:
-it makes your skin glow
-it prevents muscle pain and joint pain
-it's good for your immune system and provides more energy
-it's also good for the brain and increases your productivity
-it prevents a dry throat and headaches
But how do you drink that one and a half liters of water in when it's cold?
TIPS:
Drink water when you get up; for example, put a bottle of water on your bedside table or in the bathroom the night before
Do not drink ice-cold water; choose water at room temperature. This means your body doesn't have to work so hard to process the ice-cold water.
Drink enough before and during meals; this extra fluid is also good for digestion.
Alternate your delicious coffee with hot tea; this also helps you get fluids into your body. Make sure you regularly drink decaffeinated coffee and herbal tea so that your caffeine intake remains limited.
