"If North Koreans enter Ukraine, they will return in body bags"
In a message to North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un, the US delegation to the United Nations warned North Korea on Wednesday that its troops would return in plastic bags if they entered Ukraine in support of Russia.
If North Korean troops, which the US says are in Russia, "enter Ukraine in support of Russia, they will leave in body bags. So I advise Chairman Kim to think twice before engaging in such a reckless and dangerous action," Deputy Ambassador Robert Wood told the UN Security Council.
The Americans have therefore decided to draw a very clear red line against North Korea and its troops' intervention on Ukrainian territory.
